5 Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

If your account is suspended, you will be notified via your registered email address. You will have the opportunity to respond and provide any requested documentation within 14 days. If the matter is resolved in your favour, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned.

You may also choose to close your account at any time by contacting the 1333bet support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered mobile wallet within 5 business days, provided there are no outstanding wagering requirements or pending investigations.

• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳50, deducted from the account balance.
• Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for 24 months may be permanently closed without notice.
